Here are my remarks			

- Organization of the EGI into federation is not clear to me. GEANT is not managed as federation.
- p. 10, The EGI vision does not include industry. I think it should be added.
- p. 18, Why is middleware development is done within EGI which operational ?
- p. 25,49 The SLA and resources that are shared should be at VO level and not at the NGI or EGI level.<- This is different than slide 8 of your presentation.
- section 5.3.2.1 - I would suggest to use the term "cloud computing" rather than "ultimate application accelerator" as it specify that it is not related to a specific location.
- EGI can not contradict the local law or licensing in terms of disclosure (e.g. for security incidents) and rights of usage.
